How to Fall by Jane Casey. Published by St. Martins

When Jess Tenant’s mother drags her to England to visit the village she grew up in, Jess is sure the whole thing will be a snooze. But it turns out that there is a pretty cute guy there – some serious potential. Now if she could just get the villagers to stop treating her like a ghost. It’s true, she does look just like her cousin Freya, who drowned shortly before Jess and her mom arrived, but still, it’s annoying and kind of creepy. When Jess starts to learn about Freya she feels a kinship towards her and begins to question the circumstances surrounding the girl’s death. Was it really suicide or something much more sinister?

Jane Casey is already well known as an adult crime writer, she now joins the ranks of YA writers with this well written ghostly mystery that has just the right amount of romance
