A Lowcountry Heart by Pat Conroy. Published by Doubleday

When Pat Conroy died, the world lost the most unique Southern voice of the twentieth and twenty first century. Even more bittersweet is the news that Conroy had a new novel in the works that he didn’t have time to finish. Here, instead are letters written by Conroy’s friends, articles and short stories written by Conroy and even a letter he wrote to his grandson. A lovely tribute to a great writer taken too soon.
