Trapped Girl by Robert Dugoni. Published by Thomas & Mercer

A woman’s body has been found inside a crab trap in Puget Sound. Detective Tracy Crosswhite and her crew are in charge of finding her killer, but first they must ID the woman, who appears to have gone to some great lengths to conceal her identity. Did she know she was being hunted? As always, the murder of the woman brings Tracy back to the case of her own sister’s unsolved murder. After what her own family went through, Tracy takes everyone of her homicide cases very seriously. If she can’t find justice for her sister, she damn well intends to find it for her Jane Doe. As always, Tracy’s past and her drive for justice bring Dugoni’s storyline to life
