The Final Vow by Amanda Flower. Published by Midnight Ink

Museum director Kelsey Cambridge is used to hosting weddings at Barton Farms, but this one may just do her in. Her ex is getting married, and his spoiled bridezilla is determined to have an elaborate Civil War themed ceremony at the museum. She’s hired high-powered wedding planner, Vianna Pine to make it happen and Vianna and Kelsey get into more than a few arguments about how the museum¬† and its grounds can be used appropriately. When she finds the wedding planner dead at the foot of the church stairs, the wedding, not surprisingly, is off. Now the farm is at risk of being shut down forever and Kelsey may not only be out of a job, she may be looking at a murder charge
