Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman. Published by Viking

Eleanor has difficulty relating to other people, she says what she thinks and appears to have no filter. Not surprisingly, she spends most of her time alone eating pizza and drinking booze . Then she meets Raymond, the IT guy from her office. Raymond is as uncomfortable around other people as Eleanor is. Then one day Eleanor and Raymond save an elderly man who has slipped and fallen on the sidewalk. Sammy, the man they  saved, becomes a close friend. It’s not long before the three misfits become inseparable friends. I really enjoyed this book. I think everyone knows a Raymond and and Eleanor. A lovely story about three lost souls who save each other.
